These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of Domyah Intelligence, an AI assisted FiveM and vRP script generation service operated by Domyah LLC ("Domyah", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We strongly recommend turning on two factor authentication in your settings.
• One person or one business per account. Creating additional accounts to get around free tier limits, plan limits, a suspension, or a ban is prohibited.

2. Account sharing

• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, rented, lent, transferred, or used by more than one person.
• Sharing your login with another person, including within the same team or server, is a breach of these Terms and will result in a ban.
• We actively monitor for shared and compromised accounts, and we act on what we find.
• If you need access for more than one person, contact us about a plan that fits.

3. Verification

We may ask you at any time to verify details relating to your account, your identity, your payment method, or your use of the service. We may pause generation or restrict access while a verification request is outstanding. If you do not respond within a reasonable period, or if the information you give is inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate the account.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Your plan sets how much you can generate over a rolling period. Reaching a limit pauses generation until the window resets or you upgrade.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Coupons and discounts are single use unless stated otherwise, and may expire or be withdrawn.
• If a payment fails we will attempt it again and notify you. Generation is paused if the payment is not resolved, and the subscription may then be cancelled.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change applies to your renewal.

5. Refunds

Payments are non refundable. Subscriptions are sold as access to a service for a period, and that access is made available to you as soon as the payment succeeds.

• We do not refund unused time, partial periods, forgotten renewals, or a change of mind.
• We do not refund because generated output did not match what you expected. What you get back depends heavily on the brief you write, and refining a brief and generating again is part of using the service. You are responsible for reviewing and testing what it produces.
• A refund may be granted at our sole discretion where there is a valid reason, such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error on our side. Approval is never automatic and is decided case by case.
• No refund is given where an account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• Requesting a chargeback instead of contacting us first will result in the account being suspended.
• Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, cheat, or attempt to bypass any limit, quota, throttle, price, plan restriction, or protection in the service.
• Do not automate, script, or otherwise drive the service other than through the interface we provide.
• Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or prompt inject the generator, or otherwise try to make it behave outside its intended purpose.
• Do not probe, scan, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to gain access to any account, project, or data that is not yours.
• Do not resell, rebrand, or expose the service itself to third parties as your own product.
• Any of the above results in an immediate ban with no refund.

7. Your licence to the scripts

Scripts generated for you are licensed to you for your own use. That means you may use, modify, and run them on servers you own or operate.

• On the Free, Hobby, and Studio plans this is a personal licence. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make the generated scripts available to third parties.
• The Agency plan includes a distribution licence. On Agency you may sell the scripts you generate to your own clients and license them onward, provided you do not present the generator itself as your product and you remain responsible for supporting what you sell.
• If you need distribution rights without an Agency plan, contact us for a separate written licence.
• This licence is granted only while your account is in good standing. It ends if your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• Generated scripts may depend on third party frameworks and libraries. Their own licences continue to apply and are your responsibility.
• We may generate similar output for other customers. You do not get exclusivity over an idea, a feature, or a category of script.

8. Script protection and tampering

Scripts we deliver may include licensing, attribution, integrity, or other protective measures.

• You may not remove, disable, circumvent, crack, or tamper with any such measure, and you may not help anybody else do so.
• Attempting to do so ends your licence immediately, stops all services on the account, and results in a ban with no refund.
• We may also pursue any other remedy available to us.

9. Content standards

• Do not use the service to generate malicious code, backdoors, hidden administrative access, credential stealers, cheats, or anything designed to take covert control of a server.
• Do not use it for content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, or that infringes anybody else's rights.
• Requests and output are subject to review. Using the service for prohibited content may result in a flag on your account, a suspension, or a ban.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend generation, lock an account, cancel a subscription, or terminate an account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without giving a reason. Where a termination follows a breach of these Terms, no refund is due.

You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. Projects belonging to a closed account may be removed after a reasonable retention period.

11. Payment data

Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep only non sensitive metadata, being the card brand and the last four digits, so we can show you which card is on file and produce receipts.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI generated output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you run on a live server.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domyah LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or server downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
